Hi, I’m Melissa
What I Do
I created Manifesting Minimalism to teach people the power spaces have to shape our lives and how to harness space as a critical tool for self-empowerment and transformation. I work one-on-one with working professionals and busy parents to bring clarity to their lives through the practice of space clearing.
Working with what you have, spending little to nothing, I help clear and simplify your space to inspire and support deeply authentic and intentional living. In the end, I use your space as the medium to help you manifest the life you want to live. Beyond space clearing, I coach clients on adopting a minimalist lifestyle, building habits, routines, and systems rooted in their values and goals — helping them have less to have more.
Brief Bio
I studied the History of Art at Yale University and Interior Architecture and Design at UC Berkeley. I am a Fulbright Scholar and certified Feng Shui consultant through the Mindful Design School. I’ve completed Master Classes offered by Shira Gill and Marie Kondo and followed the teachings of Joshua Becker, Erica Layne, Olga Naiman, and Rachelle Crawford, among others.
In my early career, I directed a cultural lifestyle firm in Rome, Italy and consulted on institutional fundraising for arts and education nonprofits in New York. Most recently, I dedicated over 13 years to crafting strategy, designing products, and managing businesses in the digital space, and have returned to my love of the physical analog with Manifesting Minimalism. I live with my husband and two children in San Francisco, California.
Come work with me or reach out to learn more. I look forward to guiding you on your minimalist journey.
